A Pilates class at home offers you a convenient way for you to enjoy moving well and taking care of yourself. There’s a friendly welcome waiting for you and plenty of support, whatever your starting point. I specialise in adapting classes for those who have low back pain or are recovering from injury or surgery or just getting started. Our small online Pilates classes offer you a supportive way to incorporate a regular Pilates practice into your home life!

Find the Right Class for You

Movement skills are explained step by step and classes are kept small so you can be sure you’re exercising safely and effectively.  There are options for when you need to take it easy and when you want to challenge yourself.  All classes take place online, in the comfort of your own home, making the most efficient use of your time.  We also have an online swap board so you don’t miss out if things crop up.

When I started Pilates chronic pain had worn me out physically;  I felt trapped in a cycle of making appointments and not getting anywhere long term.
Just a few sessions later, I realised Pilates helped me feel better mentally as well as physically.
There’s no need to be perfect.  Practice makes progress and you can start in whatever way feels comfortable for you!

The thing I like most about Jenna’s classes is that she always gives you options. Knowing some classmates are on the basic options with you is comforting; knowing there are others on the “challenging” options is an incentive to push yourself that little bit more. And if you find in fact you are not up to it, nobody knows. Except Jenna. But she never lets on.

Jenna’s classes are a high point in my week. I suffered from back and shoulder problems before starting with her, but I rarely get back pain now – and I have found that Pilates helps me recover more quickly from any strains. Without Pilates I don’t think my posture would be as good, people remark on it.
