Hi everyone! Here are two voice recordings for you – mindful Pilates and structured relaxation. These are unedited, so there are a few cat and dog noises etc!
Mindful Pilates starts in relaxation position, lying on your back with your feet to the floor, head supported by a head cushion if needed. Keep it comfortable and move at your own pace, you are your own guru with this one 🙂
If you have Osteoporosis, please adapt as usual… use bridging instead of spine curls and hip hinging instead of cat stretch/rest.
When the mindful Pilates finishes, you’ll need to start the next recording for structured relaxation when I mention it at the end (at around 25.5 mins).
Structured relaxation begins on the floor, lying on your back, legs stretched out and possibly using a rolled up towel or bolster cushion behind the back of your knees. Get yourself comfortable and warm (you might want a blanket!), we spend a bit of time relaxing and then lying still focussing on your breathing.
Enjoy… and forgive me that this is very much pulled together the best I can right now! 🙂
